A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Thursday March 21st at 10:00 a.m. The conference will be held at: Bensley Elementary School, 6600 Strathmore Rd, Richmond, VA 23237 then it will proceed to Falling Creek 4724 Hopkins Rd, N. Chesterfield, VA, 23234 and it will end at Chalkley Elementary School, 3301 Turner Rd, Chesterfield, VA 23832. Attendance is encouraged; however, it is not mandatory in order for your bid to be considered for award.
