Quick Quote Solicitation (Request for Quote) - Quotes/Bids shall be submitted via email to the Procurement Officer listed on the specifications. Failure to submit your quote/bid via email may result in your bid/quote not being or found non-responsive.Scope: Furnish and deliver two (2) Ford T-350 Cargo Vans or suitable substitute (brand name or equal). See attached Quick Quote documents for specifications. All delivery/freight, shipping, tags, fees, etc. must be included in your quoted price. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.Delivery must take place no later than November 1st, 2024. Please include your lead time in days or exact date of delivery on your quote. If your delivery dates exceeds the requirement your bid will be found non-responsive. It is in the University's sole discretion to determines if a substitute/alternate brand from the one specified is the equal of that specified, considering quality, workmanship, economy of operation and suitability for the purpose intended (Governing Rules §12). This Quick Quote and any resulting award shall be governed by the attached Terms and Conditions.
