The purpose of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) by the City of Harrisonburg, Virginia (City) is to solicit sealed bids from interested vendors (Bidder) to provide and deliver 1,080 +/- linear feet (54 joints-47 regular and 7 transition joints) of restrained joint ductile pipe.This will be a one-time purchase of pipe for the raw water pipeline project; however, the City reserves the right to modify the final amount purchased.
