VDOT is soliciting bids from qualified firms to provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, parts, traffic control, materials and debris disposal, as necessary to perform critical rehabilitation work on the stormwater basin, known as a Best Management Practice (BMP), as specified herein, located on Huguenot Trail (route 711), 0.38 mile West of the Route 288 SB ramp, within the VDOT right-of-way within the county of Powhatan within the Richmond District for the Virginia Department of Transportation, an agency of the Commonwealth of Virginia in accordance with specifications contained herein.
