INVITATION TO BID # 2023-020

SOFT DRINK PRODUCT REPRESENTATION AND POURING RIGHTS

The City of Salem, Virginia, is accepting proposals from qualified Offerors to provide all supervision, labor, services, equipment, hardware, software, materials and any assistance needed to provide soft drink products representation and pouring rights for all facilities in the Salem Civic Center, Moyer Sports Complex and the Annual Salem Fair, in accordance with Request for Proposal (RFP) # 2023-020.

Sealed proposals will be accepted in the City of Salem Purchasing Department, located at 114 North Broad Street, Salem, Virginia 24153, on or before 3:00 PM on May 17, 2023, at which time the proposals will be opened.  Proposal information may be obtained by calling 540-375-3063 or emailing rjordan@salemva.gov .

The City of Salem reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the bidding.

No proposal may be withdrawn after opening except for clerical errors, as set forth in Section 2.2-4330 of the Virginia Code. Bidder must give the City a notice in writing of the request to withdraw a bid within two (2) business days after conclusion of opening.
