REPOSITIONING AND RENTAL ASSISTANCE DEMONSTRATION (RAD) CONSULTING SERVICES FOR THE CITY OF ROANOKE REDEVELOPMENT AND HOUSING AUTHORITY

City of Roanoke Redevelopment and Housing Authority (RRHA) is seeking Proposals for professional consultation services for the development of 86 new units of affordable housing and repositioning of one (1) public housing AMP.

Questions or comments on Scope of Services or other provisions in this Request for Proposals may be submitted in writing to Joel Shank, Vice President of Operations, at RRHA Central Office, or at jshank@rkehousing.org before 1:00 P.M., local prevailing time, on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

A non-mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted Tuesday, November 28, 2023, 1:30 P.M., local prevailing time, at RRHA Central Administration Building Board Room, 2624 Salem Turnpike, NW, Roanoke, VA 24017.

While RRHA must promote full and open competition among prospective offerors, small business enterprises, Section 3 businesses, Minority, Service-Disabled Veteran, and Women-Owned business enterprises are encouraged to submit Proposals as well as all other enterprises.
