The Richmond Metropolitan Transportation Authority (RMTA), 901 East Byrd Street, Suite 1120, Richmond, Virginia 23219 until 10:00 a.m. local time, will receive sealed Proposals for the above project on Wednesday, Tune 14, 2023.
Sealed bid documents will be transferred by RMTA staff to the Powhite South Administration Building, located at 6500 Powhite Parkway, Richmond, VA 23225 where the bids will be publicly opened and read at 11:00 a.m. local time. All Virginia executive orders, and CDC guidance related to COVID-19 must be adhered to at all times while on the RMTA premises.
