INVITATION FOR BIDS (IFB) No. 024-002

LOCOMOTIVE LAYOVER BATTERY CHARGING SYSTEM

The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) is to establish a Contract with one (1) qualified and experienced Contractor to manufacture and deliver twenty-three (23) new locomotive layover battery charging systems.

A non-mandatory equipment inspection to discuss the requirements of this solicitation with prospective Bidders will be held on August 22, 2023 at 9: 00 A.M. ET at the Crossroads Maintenance and Storage Facility, located at 9400 Crossroads Parkway, Fredericksburg, VA 22408.

Bids are due September 14, 2023 at 2:00 P.M. ET.
