RWSA Utility Easement Clearing

The Rivanna Water & Sewer Authority (“the Authority”) is seeking quotes for Utility Easement Clearing in order to facilitate access, maintenance, and repair of utility lines.  This work includes the clearing of standing trees, fallen trees, overhanging tree limbs, saplings, and heavy brush from approximately 10,280 LF of Authority-owned utility easements.  Mowing and/or “bush hogging” of these utility easement areas shall be included.

Quoters are strongly recommended to physically visit the specified water and sewer lines prior to providing a quote.

All quotes are due by 4:00 PM local prevailing time on January 23, 2024 . Quotes received after this deadline will not be considered. Quotes shall be mailed, delivered, or e-mailed. All quotes shall be submitted to:
