Exhibit Services
Virginia Tech is seeking qualified and experienced suppliers to submit proposals for design, delivery, and installation of exhibit services. Academic and administrative departments at Virginia Tech utilize exhibit services for conferences, symposia, career fairs, and other events. Continuing and Professional Education programs, in addition to other university events, are held mainly in Blacksburg or Roanoke but can also occur in other locations around the Commonwealth of Virginia. Virginia Tech anticipates purchases against the contract to exceed $175,000 annually. Full-service exhibit services should include, booth equipment, poster boards, in-house graphic production, transportation, on-site supervision for setup and teardown, material handling, and rental of ancillary furnishings. A rate sheet outlining each service should be provided. |
