Summary:Notice is hereby given that the Hampton Roads Sanitation District (HRSD) requests Proposals from qualified consulting firms (Firm) to provide Professional Services including preliminary engineering report services, design services, pre-construction services, contract administration services, field engineering and inspection services, startup and testing services, operations and training services, and post-startup and certification services as well as augmentation of staff for Linear Infrastructure Projects (Project) and for other projects related to the interceptor or treatment plant piping and pumping systems. These services shall be provided for an initial period of one (1) year and Owner shall have the option to renew the contract annually for a period not to exceed five (5) years.
All proposers shall demonstrate prior experience with studies, design and construction oversight of gravity sewers, force main systems and pumping stations. All proposers shall have a local office within the Owner’s service area with sufficient qualified personnel to provide and manage the proposed services.
