Virginia Department of Transportation -the right-of-way limits on I-95 in the Fredericksburg District to include all on and off ramps. The BIMS consists of 46.87 center lane miles and 299.34 lane miles including all ramps up to the intersection of non-BIMS route(s) pavement edge.
