Summary:Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at King William County located at 180 Horse Landing Road #4, King William, VA 23086, until Thursday, November 30th, 2023, at 2:00 PM local time. Only Electronic bids will be accepted. Hard printed bids will not be accepted. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read. The bid opening meeting will be a hybrid virtual and in-person meeting.
The Project includes the following Work:
The Manquin Elevated Water Storage Tank will be constructed to serve the Central Garage area of King William County and will be owned and operated by King William County. The storage tank will be a
composite elevated tank capable of holding 600,000 gallons. Upgrades and maintenance to the existing 300,000-gallon Central Garage Elevated Tank will also be performed. Bids are requested for the following Contract: Manquin Elevated Water Storage Tank.
