- Summary:The City of Lynchburg requests the services of a contractor to install 35 solar powered LED path and 29 parking lot lights at our Peaks View Park facility. The project involves removal of existing lighting and replacing with new solar powered LED lighting. New concrete bases will need to be installed for each light and the solar panel would need to be installed and setup for each fixture.
