The Department of Conservation and Recreation (DCR) Soil and Water Conservation Division announces the release of a Request for Applications (RFA) to provide exemplary âmeaningful watershed educational experiencesâ (MWEE) within Virginiaâs Chesapeake Bay watershed. Successful applications will include programs that emphasize the use of field experiences, action projects, and other watershed educational services that contribute in measurable ways toward meeting Virginiaâs goal to provide all students with this experience.
