  • Summary:Sealed bids are invited for the construction of Renovate Bathrooms in Buildings D, E and F at Blue Ridge Community College, Project Code # 260-B2260-030 (M21BR117), located in Weyers Cave, Virginia. The project is generally described as a complete renovation of the bathrooms. Sealed bids will be received at Virginia Community College System, Attention: Ms. Sibyl Roberts, 300 Arboretum Place, Suite 200, Richmond, Virginia 23236, Telephone (804) 819-4918. PLEASE NOTE: For shipping/mailing, use Suite 390; for hand delivery, use Suite 200. The deadline for submitting bids is 2:00 P.M. sharp, as determined by the Bid Officer, on January 24, 2023. The bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 2:00 P.M., on January 25, 2023, at the same location. Bids may be modified as per the Instructions to Bidders using fax number (804) 819-4762 and copying sroberts@vccs.edu. Commonwealth of Virginia Standard Bid Bond (CO-10.2) is required. A Bid Bond and Contract Security will be required of all bidders regardless of the amount. The bidder or offeror shall be a registered vendor in eVA. A Pre-bid Conference will be held at 1:00 P.M. on Wednesday, January 11, 2023, at Blue Ridge Community College, 1 College Lane, Weyers Cave, Virginia 24486, in the lobby of Armstrong Hall (Building C). Attendance shall be optional for those submitting a bid.
