  • Summary:The Arlington County Department of Parks and Recreation (DPR) seeks a qualified research and evaluation firm to conduct a community needs assessment for the Youth, Teen, and Family Programs unit and their Out-of-School Time (OST) programs. This project will conduct community outreach to Arlington County’s youth and teenage residents (ages 8-18) and their parents/guardians/caregivers about their recreation, leisure, and programming needs. This assessment involves developing, administering, and analyzing a statistically valid community-wide survey to this target population as well as conducting interviews and/or focus groups.
