Summary:The purpose of this Invitation for Bids (IFB) to establish a contract with a qualified Contractor to furnish/provide construction services, entailing concrete demolition, repairs/rehabilitation and construction of reinforced concrete equipment pads for the polymer batch feed systems at the Newport News Lee Hall Water Treatment Plant (LHWTP) and the Harwood's Mill Water Treatment Plant (HMWTP).
