- Summary:Fairfax County is requesting proposals to conduct quarterly monitoring of a grant-funded program for compliance with federal Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) statutory and regulatory requirements, Uniform Administrative Requirements, Cost Principles, and Audit Requirements for Federal Awards, and County policies. Areas of compliance include fiscal, administrative, and programmatic components. The offeror will have experience and expertise in compliance monitoring and auditing and will implement and conduct this quarterly monitoring.
