- Summary:The City of Virginia Beach seeks proposals from suppliers to DESIGN, BUILD, OPERATE, AND MAINTAIN a comprehensive network of turnkey Electric Vehicle charging stations for public use on City and Virginia Beach Development Authority property. The selected vendor will be required to implement a program which will enable the public to utilize electric vehicle charging stations. Services would be provided on a 24-hour, 365-day-a-year (full time) basis with sufficient resources and personnel to successfully support and maintain the program.
