Summary:The Contractor shall furnish all labor and resources needed to assess and provide a completed informational video product to include production and editing. As directed by the Office of Children’s Services designee, the Contractor shall:
1. Develop and Produce a Public-Facing Informational Video
a. Consult with the Office of Children’s Services to determine format and videography for this project. OCS will provide a draft outline and script for the video. This script will include the basic format and information to be included therein. The contractor will work with OCS to develop a final product that includes all agreed upon information in a family-friendly, interesting, and professional format.
b. Be responsible for coordinating interviews with OCS and selected interviewees. Contractor will provide videography services as well as production assistance. Interviewees will include staff from OCS, local/community providers, and families. Interviews may include scripted information as well as open-ended questions.
c. Edit and produce final product/video for agency use. Additional clips should be made available for use by the agency for training and other official purposes. The final product may include B roll with voiceover or other industry tools and should not exceed 15 minutes. The Office of Children’s Services /designee reserves the right to participate with the contractor on all interviews, production and other activities related to the contract assignment.
