    •        902 LF of 3 board oak fence & 6” x 6” post
    •        4 livestock gates

    Installation
    •        902 LF of 3 board oak fence anchored to post with 5” x ½” galvanized lag bolts with washers countersunk into boards 3/8”
    •        6” x 6” x 6’ pressure treated pine post / each post gets 2 x 40lbs. bags dry pack (final height of the post to be 44” with the top of the post having a tapper cut so water drains off)
    •        1st & second rails are 5/4” x 6” x 16’ (ends of boards are to be offset when anchored to the post)
    •        Bottom rails are 2” x 10” x 16’ of pressure treated pine
    •        Relocate 1 livestock gate closest to the parking lot (11’ 8”) to TFE request location
    •        Install 3 livestock gates as per the original location
    •        Install 3 new livestock gates to TFE request locations

    All rail boards are anchored to post using two 5” x ½” lag bolts with washers which are counter sunk 3/8” into the face of the rail board. (See attached picture)

    2 way gate latch with padlock slot (See attached pictures)

    Fence is needed to be installed by March 31, 2024
