  • Summary:In Summary, The work to be performed under the terms of this Specification, on the site known as the Rowlett Shaft Closures Project, located at 13001 Epps Falls Road, Chesterfield County, Virginia, consists of the closure of five (5) individual abandoned mine features. The project will include, in part: access road construction, tree removal, filling shafts with riprap, constructing grouted riprap plugs in select shafts, final grading, and re-vegetation of disturbed areas.
