    This project held a Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting and only those bidders who attended this meeting are allowed to submit a bid for this project.

    Bidders must acknowledge receipt of Addendum No. 1 with their Bid Submission. Bid Submission Due Date is 17 April 2023 by 2:00pm.
