The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to select one (1) contractor to provide and deliver Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) on an as needed basis to the Cityâs Fleet Management Facility, 120 Forest Glen Drive, Suffolk, VA 23434 in accordance with all specifications, terms and conditions herein. Delivery to the Fleet Management Facility shall be F.O.B. destination.
