    43,450sq ft - Latitude 36 Bermudagrass.
    May substitute Tahoma31 if Latitude 36 is not available.
    Delivered in Big Rolls, to be coordinated with awarded installation contractor.
    Stripping and removal of bent grass turf from the existing driving range tee.
    Perform light grading to smooth surface and provide positive drainage from the teeing surface.
    Installation of Latitude 36 Bermudagrass or Tahoma31 (Supplied by customer), roll and ensure all seams are tight.
    No irrigation is present on the teeing surface, but care will be needed not to damage perimeter sprinkler heads.
    Load matting should be used so exterior turf is not damaged

    Project Start Date: No later than July 19, 2023
