  • Summary:The purpose and intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract through competitive negotiation for one qualified exhibit design firm/fabrication company, herein referred to as “Contractor.” This Contractor will have the technical background and experience to produce an exhibit design, fabricate, and install Art Explorers, a children’s exhibit at the Mary M. Torggler Fine Arts Center of Christopher Newport University, a non-collecting institution that presents changing exhibitions free to the public. This exhibit shall present themed interactive components designed to engage children in exploring, understanding, and creating visual arts.
