  • Summary:The purpose of this solicitation is to contract for the services of a qualified scrap metal and white goods recycling processor to purchase scrap metal and white goods delivered to Contractor's facilities by the County and/or its agents. White goods are defined as large consumer appliances made up of mixed metals, including stoves, refrigerators, washing machines, etc. The County desires a receiving facility located close to the Solid Waste Bureau in Arlington, Virginia, as well as a facility located in or near Manassas, Virginia. Agreement will be for services January 1, 2023 through December 31st, 2023. Please review all documents for bid requirements.
