Summary:The Work consists of the following:
Echo Lake Elementary School - Replacement of existing cooling tower serving the school. Project is located at 5200 Francistown Road, Glen Allen, VA 23060.
Sandston Elementary School - Replacement of existing cooling tower serving the school. Project is located at 7 Naglee Avenue, Sandston, VA 23150.
Automated Logic Corporation (ALC) will be an assigned subcontractor to the contractor for the project. Refer to Section 012100 – Allowances and attachment “Scope of Work for Assigned sub-contractor ALC” for additional information.
