- Summary:Virginia Commercial Space Flight Authority (VCSFA) is requesting proposals to modify the Pad 0A Launch Mount (LM). The modifications include removal of the existing water deluge systems, protection and preservation of launch mount hinges while removing steel structures. Install welded steel and construct and install an Adapter Ring (AR). Drill and tap holes for both the AR and LM. The project is located at the Mid-Atlantic Regional Spaceport (MARS) on NASA Wallops Flight Facility, Wallops Island, VA.
