    Project: I-64 Gap CEI Services for Design-Build – Segment C

    Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is seeking expressions of interest from engineering and environmental consulting firms who wish to be considered to provide professional engineering services for a project-specific agreement on the I-64 Gap CEI Services for Design-Build - Segment C. This project will be administered by the VDOT Richmond District Mega Projects office. The project-specific agreement will consist of providing construction engineering and inspection (CEI) services to supplement VDOT staff during the construction phase of the project.
    The project-specific contract will have a maximum value of $6,400,000.

    All inquiries shall be submitted ONLY through the Bid Express Q & A section, where responses will be published for all Offerors. All changes, including addenda, will be published at www.bidexpress.com under the selected solicitation.
    Expression of Interest must be received by 2:00 p.m. on March 7, 2024, via www.bidexpress.com.
