This project is located at the Lynchburg Regional Airport, 350 Terminal Drive, Lynchburg, VA 24502. The Scope of Work includes modernization of 3 sets of men’s and women’s restrooms (1 landside and 2 airside). This includes the replacement of walls, floor finishes, replacement and of plumbing fixtures, toilet accessories, counters, and partitions, and replacement of the ceiling including lighting improvements. Minor electrical and mechanical work may be required to facilitate powering the new toilet accessories, lighting and ceiling HVAC.
Note: There is an 8% DBE goal requirement set by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for AIP projects. The FAA Contract Provisions include Davis-Bacon Requirements that will be mandatory.
