  • Summary:ATTENTION: Visit www.loudoun.gov/bids to download the full solicitation for full details on the submission process. Online responses are not accepted. The intent of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide printing and mailing services for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County), Office of the Commissioner of the Revenue (Commissioner). The printing and mailing services will consist of printing, separating, combining in groups of singles up to sextuples or more by control numbers, folding, inserting, and delivering envelopes to the U.S. Post Office. The successful offeror will be required to comply with the mailing estimates provided under Section 5.3.

    Failure to comply with the mailing estimates listed under Section 5.3 will make the successful offeror liable for liquidated damages as stated under Sections 6.4 and 6.5.

    The County intends to award a one (1) year contract with up to four (4) additional one (1) year renewal options for a possible five (5) year contract.
