  • Summary:The Town of Remington, Virginia is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to develop the JM-15 corridor of the Town of Remington Comprehensive Revitalization Plan. Proposals are to include comprehensive analysis and conceptualization design
    services for the development of the JM-15 corridor from M.M Pierce Elementary to River Road. Corridor infrastructure and walkability enhancements shall include:detailed traffic and infrastructure planning, pedestrian safety and crosswalks,
    historical and aesthetic considerations, impact assessment on local businesses, cost benefit analysis, community engagement, and potential infrastructure integration with remaining phases of the revitalization plan as described in a completed feasibility study.
