(County) to obtain firm fixed pricing for a qualified firm or consultant to develop a
Loudoun County Comprehensive Arts Plan (Arts Plan). The County intends to award
a single contract for these services.
The Arts Plan will create a vision for the arts in the County and develop a clear set of
goals and strategies for the County regarding the development of public support of
the arts that recognize and highlight the County’s unique attributes. This Arts Plan
will guide the government and community in arts planning for the short-term zero to
three (0-3) year and long-term five to ten (5-10) year basis. The Arts Plan
development process will include a comprehensive inventory of current art outlets
and arts programming, an analysis of current and forecasted community needs, and
various implementation strategies that fit those needs. The Arts Plan will include
funding and staffing recommendations. This will be the first Comprehensive Arts
Plan for the County. The project work will begin in August, with an expectation of
seven (7) to nine (9) months to completion. - Round Information:Addendum #2 Acceptance date changed to March 27, 2024 issued on March 15, 2024.
