  • Summary:The Purpose and Intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified Vendors (“Vendor”) to conduct competitive negotiations to enter a contract with Manassas Park City Schools (“MPCS”) to furnish all labor and materials to replace an aging chiller unit at Manassas Park High School (“MPHS”) in accordance with the stated requirements of this RFP (collectively, the “Project”). MPCS is seeking a chiller unit that is energy efficient, offers a life expectancy of at least 15 years, carries a warranty that exceeds the industry standard, and comply with federal regulations. The chiller unit must be compatible with the automatic logic system currently in use at MPHS located in Manassas Park, Virginia, in accordance with the statement of needs, terms, and conditions stated herein.
