The intent of this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to select one Consultant to perform services in the support of the Construction Management at Risk project for the renovation of the Courts Complex Phase IV. The County intends to complete this project using construction management at risk; however, we reserve the right to change this project to design-bid-build if needed. A more detailed description of the services required can be found in Section 5.0 Scope of Services.
