The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations (collectively called “Zone 1”). These locations are described throughout this document as “Facilities”.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on January 5, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. at the Loudoun County Government Center, Dulles Room 1st Floor, located at 1 Harrison Street SE, Leesburg Virginia 20175 for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of the sites. Please park in one of the marked visitor spaces at the Government Center parking garage. There are five (5) locations in Zone 1. There will be a walkthrough of the Loudoun County Government Center, followed by the three locations at 102 North Street immediately following the pre-bid conference meeting. Bidders shall visit the Western Sheriff’s Station in accordance with the schedule in Attachment #9 and complete the Site Visit Sign-In Sheet in Attachment #10.
Failure to attend and sign the Pre-Bid Conference sign in sheet during the meeting and at each site will result in the rejection of your bid. Late entry to the Pre-Bid Conference will not be permitted.
NOTE:
Bidders who attended the pre-bid conference and visited the sites on October 6, 2022 in response to the original solicitation (IFB #RFQ 555785), are not required to attend the pre-bid conference or visit the sites again.
