The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified Contractor to provide janitorial and related services at the following locations (collectively called “Zone 2”). These locations are described throughout the document as “Facilities”. (See Related Documents below)

Mandatory Pre-Bid Meeting:

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on February 21, 2023 at 09:00 a.m. at the Voter Registration Training Room #1, located at 750 Miller Drive, Suite 150, Leesburg, Virginia 20175, for clarification of any questions on the specifications and inspection of sites.
