The purpose and intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to solicit sealed bids from a qualified contractor to provide concrete repairs at the James City County Recreation Center.

All work on-site shall be completed within the scheduled shut down from November 13-17, 2023

A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 A.M on September 26, 2023 at the James City County Recreation Center located at 5301 Longhill Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188. The purpose of this conference is to allow potential bidders an opportunity to present questions and obtain clarification relative to any facet of this solicitation.
