The purpose of this Competitive Sealed Request for Proposal is to solicit sealed proposals from qualified, licensed and experienced architectural firm (s) to establish an open-ended contract (s) to provide Architectural Services on an “as needed and requested basis” for James City County (JCC); James City Services Authority (JCSA); and Williamsburg/James City County Public Schools (WJCC), referred collectively herein as the Owner, as described in this Request for Proposal (RFP).
