MyPlace Playground is a unique playground located beside the James City County Recreation Center. My Place follows universal design concepts to ensure all children can play in an inclusive environment. The County intends for this valuable recreational destination to continue to be a safe, usable place that captures children's attention and stimulates and encourages involvement for the whole family. James City County is interested in proposals with site layout of inclusive playground equipment whose theme fits with the surrounding area and includes various elements which will provide opportunity for play to all children regardless of physical or mental ability.
