SCOPE OF WORK

James City County Department of General Services is soliciting sealed bids from qualified contractors to perform asphalt repair work at the Courthouse Green complex in James City County located at 4097 Ironbound Road, Williamsburg, VA 23188.

1. The work under this Scope must be performed between one of the following date ranges.

  1. March 29 – April 7, 2024
  2. June 28 – July 7, 2024
