The intent and purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit through competitive negotiation for a Mobile Stage for James City County.

James City County is seeking proposals for a mobile stage to accommodate tourism-related activities including concerts, tournaments, festivals, etc. The mobile stage shall be equivalent to a FrontRow 4124 Bandstand. James City County requires the mobile stage to be built and delivered no later than June 1, 2024. The mobile stage design standards shall be engineered to adhere to the codes and regulations of the Department of Transportation, OSHA and IBC. In addition, the mobile stage unit must meet the specifications listed under the Statement of Needs in the RFP.

FUNDING: This is an ARPA SLFRF State and Local Fiscal Recovery Funds project. This project is funded in part by grants from Federal and State agencies and is subject to certain provisions as indicated in this RFP. The Vendor shall not perform any act, fail to perform any act, or refuse to comply with any James City County (JCC) requests which would cause JCC to be in violation of Federal and State agency terms and conditions as referenced herein.
