This Request for Quotes is issued by James City County to obtain quotes for milling and asphalt repairs at Veteran’s Park back parking lot entrance. The successful vendor shall perform the work required at the time and place designated by Rick Koehl, Capital Projects Coordinator. All work shall be completed within 30 days of the start date indicated in the Notice to Proceed.

All vendors shall be properly licensed by the Commonwealth of VA. All site supervisors assigned to this project shall have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in commercial asphalt road repair.

All quotes must be emailed by February 15, 2024, no later than 2pm EST. Quotes will not be received any other way. Award shall be made on the basis of Total Base Quote.
