James City County (County), on behalf of the Williamsburg-James City County Public School Division (“WJCC” or the “Division”) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide on-site influenza vaccination clinics at 18 locations for the Division (see Attachment A for location information). Vaccination clinics shall be held between September 18, 2023, to October 18, 2023, for the first term of the contract. This contract may be renewed for four additional one-year terms upon mutual written agreement of the Division and the Contractor.
