The work under this Project includes renovations to the Main Kitchen, Staff Kitchen, Women’s and Men’s locker rooms, family locker rooms, and selective door and hardware removal/replacement at the James City County Recreation Center. The work also includes selective demolition, toilet and shower partitions, finishes, new partitions, residential and commercial kitchen appliances, network infrastructure, plumbing, mechanical, electrical power, and lighting systems.

A Non-Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 3:00 pm, March 15, 2023 James City County Recreation Center, 5301 Longhill Rd, Williamsburg, VA 23188.
