The County of Bedford (Owner) is soliciting unsealed proposals from qualified Offerors to provide consulting services; design, layout, and installation of updates to the Bedford Area Welcome Center. Services will include updating or replacing existing displays and branding, new displays, branding, interactive digital displays.
