Scope:
The purpose of this Unsealed Invitation for Bid is to establish an annual term contract with qualified firms to provide radios to rent for five annual Town of Leesburg events. The successful bidder will work with the Town to provide two-way, push-to-talk radio units to include delivery to the Town of Leesburg and shipping from the Town of Leesburg for the following events: Flower & Garden Festival, the Independence Day Celebration, TASTE Leesburg, Leesburg Airshow, and the Christmas and Holiday Parade.
