Description:

The City of Williamsburg, Virginia will receive sealed Bids for the above titled Project at the office of the

Director of Public Works and Utilities, located at 401 Lafayette Street, Williamsburg, Va. 23185, until

2:00 p.m. local time on January 24, 2024, at which time the Bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Any Bids received after the specified time and date will not be considered.

The Work under this Project generally consists of the restoration of approximately 535 linear feet of

stream and open channels and includes the installation of new in-stream, structures, outfall repair,

vegetation, and appurtenances to the work off-right of way within certain easements and common

areas of the subdivision. This project is being administered by the City of Williamsburg.

Contractor registration in accordance with Title 2.2 Chapter 43, Code of Virginia is required. The Bidder shall include in its Bid the following notation: "Licensed Virginia Contractor No.____________."

Special Requirements:

Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the Bid shall be submitted with each Bid
